project/qemu: Return status code on timeout A previous change to simplify the wait on adb processes with a timeout did not ensure that a call to Runner.adb returns a status code in all situations. With this change Runner.adb returns 1 and attempts to kill the adb process on timeouts. Bug: None Change-Id: Icfadb684bb9b1f81ba9c5206b7bf81ae8c2e6da9
