project/qemu: Move argparsing and main methods to run.py Since the run.py script replaces the run shell script (which used to call qemu.py), we can move the main and argparsing methods into run.py. Bug: 242077104 Change-Id: Ief23d4dcbc2caefc49cc9b0664e4c27b33172636
