project/qemu: Improve error handling in scan_transport Raise a RunnerGenericError if the transport cannot be found rather than simply printing out an error and generating a TypeError when trying to access match when it is None. Bug: None Change-Id: I50a07479a010c32683452dbad7520b135e19241a
