This change allows the SdkProvider to be easily extended. Adds an overridable method that is reponsible for finding/looking/building an android-all jar, and an SDK that has pre-defined URL location. Test: atest MyRoboTest Bug: 293327993 Change-Id: I18bd4a3fc3479ded1f84483967488785827dc0b4
