Enable WoBLE in the flash settings for certain RCUs For remotes that did not have WoBLE feature turned on by default, and remote with specific PIDs (0x0006, 0x0019, 0x000A, 0x001A) this change enables it in the FLASH. bug: b/275571671 test: manual Change-Id: Ib875b2655bd6330822df7ebbb97b2be53f98e3d9
