Increase SDIO speed to 177.77 MHz The max speed the SDIO bus can run at without noticeable CRC errors is 177.77 MHz, as analyzed by QC. This increases the speed from 100 MHz. Bug: 74010506 Change-Id: I5e8d302af4549fc0e3c2ca156496874e52a35bab
