Disable all integral type name interpretation
libabigail currently canonicalises the names of primitive types,
which are referred to as integral types in the code base.
For example, DWARF "short int" becomes ABI XML "short" but "unsigned
long long int" remains unchanged, which may not have been intentional.
The STG tools do not interpret type names. This makes cross diffs a bit
noisy. We could:
* implement similar functionality to normalise names in STG
* after DWARF processing and serialisation
* or before deserialisation and comparison
* or add an option to ignore type name differences
* or make this feature of libabigail optional
* or just disable it
In any case, experiments revealed that recent GCC and Clang compilers
emit self-consistent names (and each differently from libabigail).
GCC style (very regular):
* `short int`
* `unsigned int`
* `long unsigned int`
* `long double`
Clang style (less regular):
* `short`
* `unsigned int`
* `unsigned long`
* `long double`
Here we do the expedient thing and just disable the canonicalisation.
