Android patch: Keep icu4j/main/shared/data/*jar files for host The *data.jar needs to be re-generated for some reasons. But if I re-run the tools/updateicudata.py, they are not modified. This fixes 330339698 Test: ./tools/updateicudata.py Change-Id: Ieb5279693855296cdbf64c03c0f21565fd76ce89
