Revert "Register only the used portion of moving space in compaction pause" This reverts commit 2a8a527e90aa3b9a4c5418b60ada60c9c58ceb78. Reason for revert: tv devices failing madvise (b/339914092). Change-Id: I1106ac4a26541a3d5357436fd2196f42c4870f03
