Make call to subscript use absolute path over relative If this was called outside of tools directory, it would fail due to gen_sha.sh being in the tools directory. So make the call to it not dependent on a relative location. Test: generated manifest Change-Id: I08dd7ef615b625c26eed9de16b15f20d2412df69
