Update git submodules
* Update system/core from branch 'main'
to 53748d08e595066fc138b97051032799d7af7124
- Merge "Prevent mte_upgrade_test from hanging if MTE is disabled" into main
- Prevent mte_upgrade_test from hanging if MTE is disabled
Turns out we didn't need the syscall because the kernel checks
for async MTE fault on exit.
Test: atest mte_upgrade_test with and without MTE
