[project][generic-arm] Enable KASLR for arm64 kernels Set the KERNEL_BASE_ASLR flag to enable KASLR and set the size of the kernel address space to the default value (48 bits) for more entropy. Bug: 80147716 Change-Id: I70e652717bef783d17e64f8b3b5681eb88d0c8ed
