Revert "Log a warning when libhwbinder gets BR_TRANSACTION_PENDING_FROZEN"

This reverts commit 034e8fe57c33c5f7f6d5b228e96641f2733b06ae.

Handling BR_TRANSACTION_PENDING_FROZEN in executeCommand() can lead to
oneway calls getting stuck. A temporary solution to handle this response
in waitForResponse() is implemented in a subsequent commit.
