Remove mips-linux-android gcc-4.8 bins, libs, and includes Android has moved to newer versions of GCC/binutils, then LLVM. Also, this triple is no longer supported. There are no gcc-4.9 builds for this target; android must have moved to the mips64el-linux-android target then.
