initial gki ramdisk prebuilt

First stage init and system/ binaries are from build
P8713925/aosp_arm64-eng.

Any modules listed in /lib/modules/modules.load will be loaded by first
stage init prior to continuing with boot. The typical modprobe
configuration files modules.alias, modules.dep, modules.options, and
modules.softdep are also processed if they are present in /lib/modules/
and module loading is modified accordingly.

First stage init opens sh on the console immediately after loading
kernel modules and pauses boot if the kernel command line contains
androidboot.first_stage_console=1. Exiting the shell causes boot to
continue.
