Upgrade virtio-bindings to 0.2.2

This project was upgraded with external_updater.
Usage: tools/external_updater/updater.sh update external/rust/crates/virtio-bindings

virtio-bindings

Rust FFI bindings to virtio generated using bindgen.

Usage

Add this to your Cargo.toml:

virtio-bindings = "0.2"

You can then import the bindings where you need them. As an example, to grab the bindings for virtio-blk, you can do:

use virtio_bindings::bindings::virtio_blk::*;

Development

To update the bindings, follow the steps in the Contributing Document.
